| Of course I find it to be a problem the FIRST SUBSTANTIALLY COLD day of the year (yesterday). I've done a bit of searching -- gonna run diagnostics when I get home ( [ [ http://www.ttzd.com/tech/autocctech.html ] ] ). Have read some say that there are control motors that might be borked and requires a dash pull? My symptoms are -- I hit 'AUTO' and it will stay on defrost indefinitely...air blowing stays cold. Guessing water cock (motor?) not opening up to allow hot coolant into heater core. Checked coolant level thinking it would be low, but it was fine. I can manually set the blower to floor and face level -- but it doesn't change that hot air is not introduced -- stays cold. Can't test for A/C functionality as it's below 60 anyway.
